JAMIE OLIVER’S GET-AHEAD GRAVY
Another thing I made in advance and put in the freezer is Jamie Oliver’s Get-Ahead Gravy. In our family the motto is, “you can never have enough gravy”, and I love to have lots and lots. As Jamie says in his recipe all you have to do is defrost and add to the turkey juices in the pan while the turkey is resting. I am definitely on a mission to have as stress-free a Christmas possible!
